Die Verwaltung dieser Gesch\u00e4ftsvorg\u00e4nge wir ma\u00dfgeblich von der Rechnungsstelle organsiert und umgesetzt.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ihre Aufgaben<\/h3>\n<p>Als Teil des Teams der Rechnungsstelle geh\u00f6ren diese Aufgaben zu Ihrer T\u00e4tigkeit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rechnungsbearbeitung (Kreditoren\/Debitoren) in der Rechnungsstelle<\/li>\n<li>Vorbereitung der Dienstvertr\u00e4ge und Zahlungsanordnungen f\u00fcr studentische Hilfskr\u00e4fte sowie Abrechnung der Arbeitszeiten<\/li>\n<li>Bearbeitung von Dienstreiseantr\u00e4gen und Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Reiseabrechnung<\/li>\n<li>Urlaubsvertretung im Sekretariat der Bibliotheksdirektion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Eintrittstermin<\/h3>\n<p>Zum n\u00e4chstm\u00f6glichen Zeitpunkt<\/p>\n<h3>Ihre Qualifikation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Sie verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine abgeschlossene kaufm\u00e4nnische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Kauffrau \/ Kaufmann f\u00fcr B\u00fcromanagement (w\/m\/d)), eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder nachweisbare Kenntnisse auf entsprechendem Niveau.<\/li>\n<li>Im Umgang mit MS-Office (insb.
