Erweiterter Service mit neuer Chatfunktion ab dem 16. März 2022

Ab sofort bietet die KIT-Bibliothek einen neuen Service an: Über eine neue Chatfunktion, die direkt an zentralen Punkten der Bibliothekswebseite eingebunden ist, können Sie unkompliziert und schnell Fragen an unsere Mitarbeitenden stellen.

Der Chat ist montags bis freitags von 9 – 15 Uhr besetzt. Außerhalb dieser Zeiten können Sie Ihre Nachricht direkt im Chatfenster auch als Mail hinterlassen und erhalten zu den Servicezeiten zeitnah Antwort.

Extended service with new chat function as of 16 March 2022

From now on, the KIT Library offers a new service: Via a new chat function, which is directly integrated at central points of the library website, you can send questions to our library staff in an uncomplicated and fast way.

The chat is open Monday through Friday from 9 am – 3 pm. Outside these hours, you can also leave your message directly in the chat window as an e-mail and receive a prompt reply during service hours.
